Prior to joining Onward, Isadora was a fundraising officer for WITNESS, Inc., a human rights video advocacy nonprofit in New York, where she helped design and launch a major gift program cultivating six-figure gifts and a giving circle pipeline for mid-level donors. Isadora has a master’s degree in child and family studies and gifted education from the University of Denver, along with over 12 years experience in teaching and mentoring. Isadora is a native of Costa Rica, fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in Portuguese.
